On 12/3, the Office and Lecturer Delegation of Thu Dau Mot University, presided by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hiep-School Council President, worked with the Institute of Logistics-Singapore, learned and discussed the direction of cooperation between the two units in the upcoming time.
To welcome the Delegation, there were Prof. Dr. Philip Pob-Chairman of the Institute of Logistics-Singapore, and the Lecturers of the Institute. At the meeting, the two sides discussed to exchange the construction of industry training program in Logistics Management Sector. To meet the specific of this industry in Vietnam, the two sides would maintain consistently the contact; enhanced the research surveys to build the frame of the training program and suitable standard output.
Besides, the Institute of Logistics-Singapore stressed that they would actively support for other cooperation activities between the two sides, regularly provided information on the scholarship program of the Institute as well as other academic information to Thu Dau Mot University.
On behalf of the Delegation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hiep sent the most sincere thanks for the Chairman and the other Lecturers of the Institute of Logistics-Singapore for their warm welcome. He put more expectation on the advice, support of the Institute to help the School could facilitate build the programs and take into the Logistics training management industry in 2020.
The Institute of Logistics-Singapore was founded in 1972. The Institute was an educational organization dedicated to train students from beginner to advanced specialization in Logistics management and Supply chain management of Singapore (SIPMM). The courses were offered in several different levels from operated certification to advanced certification, as well as the short-time courses on executive and professional level.
